About FLY & HELP:

The main objective of our foundation “Reiner Meutsch Stiftung FLY & HELP” is the promotion of education. With the help of donations we build new schools in developing countries.

Reiner Meutsch, former managing director of the tour operator Berge & Meer, realized his lifelong dream: he changed his desk against the cockpit of a small aircraft to fly around the world. During his circumnavigation in 2010 he visited and supported several aid projects in Ghana, Rwanda, India, Indonesia and Brazil.

Those five aid projects were just the beginning of the long-term educational campaign of FLY & HELP.

Until 2017, FLY & HELP has already built 200 schools. Here you can find all of our projects in Africa, Asia and America. Currently the foundation realizes about 30-40 projects every year.

Every Euro donated to FLY & HELP will be used for one of our educational projects - without any deduction of costs. Reiner Meutsch pays all costs of the foundation by himself or they are paid by sponsors.

It is important for Reiner Meutsch to visit our projects personally to assure himself of the construction progress or to find new eligible projects. “My visits to Rwanda made me realize that visiting a school here represents a significant value to all children. They are proud and genuinely thankful just to be able to learn in school.”
